Mario Perez has more than 26 years of experience leading and managing people,
programs and budgets as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Master Chief in the
United States Navy. He spent 18 of those years as an Operator at Naval Special
Warfare Development Group where he planned, coordinated, and led some of the
nation’s most complex and sensitive missions in multiple locations overseas. He has
strong analytical expertise, complex administrative and interpersonal skills, and
extensive experience in strategic planning, crisis management, change management
and business process re-engineering. He received his Bachelor of Science in
Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University in Vermont, and is
an Executive Management scholar of Wharton University in Pennsylvania. He was
President of a building company and Vice President of a Real Estate company for 10
years, and is currently on the board of directors for multiple other companies.
Mario is fluent in three languages, and maintains a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
He currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his three children Malia, Anica
and Levi.
