William A. “Bill” Graham, IV, CPCU, CLU, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Office of the Graham Company. Upon graduating from Bucknell University in June 1962, he joined his father & #39;s insurance agency as a Sales Representative and eventually became the sole owner in 1972. He has grown the Graham Company from 6employees with revenues of $300,000 in 1972, to a team of over 180 employees and revenues of close to $60,000,000. Graham was the 2013 recipient of The Philadelphia Insurance Society’s prestigious Distinguished Leadership Award, recognizing leadership and management excellence, commitment to the Philadelphia community, and most importantly, a history of advancing the local insurance industry. In 2014, Graham was honored as one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEO’s.In 2015, Graham was selected as the recipient of the 19th Annual “Musser Award for Excellence in Leadership” by Temple University’s Fox School of Business, for outstanding achievement, leadership and commitment to the community. Graham also received the “Alumni Athlete Achievement Award” from the Department of Athletics & Recreation at Bucknell University, which recognizes outstanding careerachievement by a former Bucknell athlete. In 2018, Graham was recognized with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award forbeing an Entrepreneur who redefines the way we live, work and play.In 2005, Graham was instrumental in reinstating the wrestling program at Bucknell University. In April 2017, Graham was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame - Pennsylvania State Chapter as an “Outstanding American” Honoree. Then in 2018, Graham was inducted into the Bucknell Athletics Hall of Fame. Graham has supported numerous charitable and social endeavors, including the William Penn CharterSchool and Bucknell University, among several others.
