Mike started his career in 1996 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President with DTZ’s Washington, D.C. office. Mike specializes in representing corporate clients on a portfolio wide basis, within the Washington, D.C./Baltimore metro areas. His experience includes transactions ranging in size from 500 square feet to 400,000 square feet, as well as ranging in from office, flex, warehouse, distribution, SCIF, data center and clean room/lab. Mike also has an extensive background in representing corporate clients with both national and international needs.Mike has served as an Account Manager, Assistant Account Manager, Strategic Advisor, Regional Account Representative and local, Market Resource for a variety of companies worldwide. The wide-ranging roles Mike has served provide great insight and understanding of the motivators, challenges and obstacles of each account team member. His perspective has served his clients well, as he has served as an account manager for clients with portfolios ranging from 15 to 700 locations and total square footage from 150,000 square feet to more than 2 million square feet. Most of his experience has been with government contractors, technology companies, financial institutions, and healthcare companies.
